Senior Influencer Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Program Manager to join our passionate, collaborative team on a contract basis (6 months with potential to convert to full-time). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of influencer marketing programs for our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and results. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in influencer marketing, with hands-on experience working with both influencers and major brands.

This position is 100% remote.

You are an influencer marketing expert with a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for driving results. You have a proven ability to manage complex programs, communicate effectively with clients and influencers, and adapt to changing circumstances.   • Oversee the execution of influencer marketing programs for our clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading calls, presentations, and communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams and influencers to ensure seamless program delivery and exceptional results
  • Work closely with the finance team to track program costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, always striving to exceed expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Hands-on experience working with influencers and major brands, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 50 companies
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and their unique features and best practices
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing strategies and how to align influencer campaigns with brand objectives
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and the ability to leverage them for client success
  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines and best practices for ensuring compliance in influencer marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Experience working with various influencer marketing tools and platforms for campaign management, reporting, and analysis
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills

This is a contract position, 40 hours per week. Hourly rate is DOE.
